Rob Steele
President
Rob started his career thirty-five years ago as a wood framing subcontractor, and has built on that foundation to include heavy timber and commercial general contracting. He incorporated R&K in 1981 and now focuses on sales and growth as well as overall management of the company.

Kathy Steele
Executive Vice President
Kathy is co-owner of R&K
Contractors and has worked with human resources and accounting since it was created in 1981. Her attention to detail enables a smooth flow of paperwork with contractors and owners. Whether working with large or small projects, all records and documentation are handled with the same consideration by Kathy and her staff.

Bob Seaman
Vice President of Operations
Bob has eighteen years experience in construction with R&K and has been responsible for Construction Management since 1996. He has extensive experience focusing on wood and timber construction. Bob manages all construction operations from estimating, to quality control, to final punch out. |

Trent Fluitt
Project Manager
Trent joined R&K Contractors in 2000 as a project manager. As such, he is responsible for estimating, onsite management, and overseeing the sub-contractor’s quality and speed of work. He also ensures that materials are ordered in a timely manner and meet the requirements of each project’s specifications. |
